Fancy meat dining is the new vegan. Have you noticed? Everyone is so down for the locally raised, weird cuts of meats these days. I converted back to meat eating about a year ago in what I thought was an independent decision, but now I see I did as many are doing. At the Brooklyn Night Bazaar a couple weeks ago all the food vendors were meaty! What happened to the vegetarians? Its crazy how society molds all of our brains in the same way at the same time when we think we are being individuals, huh? Any of you also recent converts? What do you think about fancy meat eating and do you think it will stick around? Is it a solution? I think it can be, and if its not, at least its fun for now and Ashton Kutcher (and his helpers at Thrash Lab) made a glossy, warm video about it. Check it out and jump on the bandwagon. I like it. Its got all that good food stuff going for it. The butcher’s shop is where its at. I think I may like to marry a butcher…
I very much enjoyed this! A whole new view of meat and butcher shops for me. I can’t decide if I want to be a vegan or not…I keep hearing all the reasons of why I should eat meat and why I shouldn’t. But I love the approach here and it’s going to make me think.
